Committed, certified, valued projects
The projects presented here are not showcases: they are commitments that have been assumed, documented and audited. Each project certified or in progress with IRICE demonstrates that it is possible to integrate biodiversity into the reality of development and construction, without compromising on performance, uses or site constraints. Whether they are carried out by public or private project owners, these projects reflect the same desire: to make nature a lever for value, meaning and sustainability.

LA POSTE IMMOBILIER - TRIANGLE SAINT-CHARLES development, Marseille (13)
Ambitious rehabilitation to promote urban biodiversity The TRIANGLE SAINT-CHARLES project, supported by LA POSTE IMMOBILIER, illustrates a successful environmental approach in the heart of the city. The project combines sobriety, climatic resilience and the valorization of existing assets, with a circular economy approach. Located in Marseille, it embodies a new way of thinking about the city sustainably, at the crossroads of ecology, comfort of use and real estate innovation.

Urban developer committed to urban biodiversity
🌿 Oppidea - Toulouse Métropole
Oppidea has signed a strategic agreement with Irice to make Effinature Construction certification a key lever in its development operations. Since 2021, all residential programs launched in neighborhoods developed by Oppidea have included certification, through a systematic requirement on developers. This pioneering policy makes it possible to concretely translate biodiversity ambitions on developed land, thanks to integration upstream in the design and then throughout the construction phase. In partnership with IRICE, Oppidea is a perfect example of a public developer's ability to become a prescriber of biodiversity.
